Clerys: The Archives
Curating a public exhibition to mark the significance of Clerys in Irish life.
From first-time buyers to down-sizers, Glencairn Gate’s residents will span every stage of life. Our challenge was to build the brand platform around what they have in common. The positioning – Open Up to Forever Found – communicates the timeless nature of the development, and encourages potential buyers to take a different perspective on the area.
Three principles, Generous, Graceful and Eternal, informed the brand identity. It draws on every sense to bring Glencairn Gate to life. The textures used throughout are inspired by the iron bars of the gate itself, by the stone walls and the marble within.
Glencairn Gate’s logo and typeface balance natural sophistication with heritage. Photography is warm and welcoming, reflecting the essence of golden hour. And the use of onomatopoeia in language brings to mind the experience of life at Glencairn Gate.
